Angel Congregate Living provides a home environment for those who require 24 hour nursing care. We keep our living quarters with low occupancy so that our residents can get their medical care needs met while feeling at home.
We are an alternative to institutional Skilled Nursing Facilities and Sub-Acute units where we provide quality of life with quality of care.
What is a CLHF?
A Congregate Living Health Facility (CLHF) is a smaller non-institutional facility that can provide sub-acute, specialty acute rehabilitation, and Skilled Nursing Services.
